Once you have confirmed a date and location by email to Private chef to you, if you need to re-schedule or cancel, we will always do our best to help. Reservations of small events like dinners can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before the event date. Half of the total amount will be charged if the event is cancelled 4 or 3 days before the agreed date and the whole amount will be charged if it is cancelled from 2 days before up to the day of the event. Reservations of big events like banquets and wedding receptions can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before the event date. From seven days before until the agreed date of the event, the whole amount will be charged.
